Supermarkets $43.59 per square foot
Big Box Stores $41.26 per square foot
Drug Stores $40.67 per square foot.

Improvements (Average for all retailers)
Fixtures $8.05 per square foot
Flooring $2.97 per square foot
Lighting $2.50 per square foot
Ceilings $1.99 per square foot
HVAC $1.55 per square foot
Exterior Signage $.93 per square foot
Interior Signage $.61 per square foot
