Back Yard Burgers Expansion

There is an article regarding BYB's growth strategy in Plain Vanilla Shell. I'm working with BYB in Northeast Ohio for new locations. BYB is looking for one (1) acre sites on shopping center pads, neighborhood locations, and interchange sites. My client is the franchisee from Pennsylvania.
